I obtained the first Oral Breeze Deep Pocket Irrigator on 4/10/2010...It broke while I was installing it..I gave it a one star rating. I was contacted by a person from the company that makes them, and was told that they saw my review, and would ship me a new one right away. I got the new one about a week later and it works great. I am very happy with the product, and also very happy with the great customer service I received from them. I never contacted them, they contacted me. Top notch products and first class customer service is why I plan to recommend their products to everyone. Thanks.

These products are EXCELLENT!!!! I am so impressed with the Dental Oral Irrigator. It's
so much easier to use than a waterpik. The Deep Pocket Irrigator works perfect for
cleaning a deep pocket I have under one of my back teeth. Maybe I will be able to keep my

Read the ad carefully...you see a picture of the item, but all you get is the tip! Actually, reading the ad carefully still doesn't really help much.
