When I bought this item, I chose the Brookstone brand because it is a name I trust more than other brands, such as Violight. However when I opened my package today, I discovered that the item I recieved is a Violight UV sanitizer. The name on the case says "Vioight," and is simply sold from Brookstone. They mark it up and then sell it to you, even though, you can purchase the exact same product through Amazon from Violight. Save yourself some money and buy the Violight (which was ten dollars cheaper at the time I purchased my Brookstone product). This product is a birthday gift, so I don't have time to return it and buy the cheaper one. I am not happy with Amazon or Brookstone for not labeling the product properly. Right now, I just hope it works well.
